OurPact & OurPact Jr. A Team for Digital Balance

OurPact

OurPact Jr.

The child companion app that enforces the rules you set and allows children to be an active participant in their screen time management.

How to Use Block Schedules

Parent Device

Design structured custom screen time schedules that fit your child’s daily and weekly routine. Automatically block selected apps during scheduled times while keeping key apps accessible when needed.

Child Device

During scheduled times, screen time is automatically blocked, limiting access to selected apps. Kids can check their schedule in OurPact Jr. to stay informed and still use apps marked as Always Allowed in App Rules.

How to Use Screen Limits

Parent Device

Set a daily screen time allowance that fits your child’s routine. Customize limits for each day of the week to encourage healthy screen habits. Always Allowed apps remain accessible, while scheduled apps are only available during their allotted screen time.

Child Device

Children can track and manage their screen time allowance in OurPact Jr. They can start, pause, and monitor their remaining time, helping them make mindful choices about their screen use.

How to Use Instant Block

Parent Device

With Instant Block, you decide when it’s time to take a break. Block distracting apps instantly while keeping essential ones accessible. When more screen time is appropriate, Grant lets you remove the block or allow extra minutes beyond their set screen time limits.

Child Device

When Instant Block is turned on, your child’s access to scheduled apps is paused. Always Allowed apps remain accessible, but the device stays restricted until you choose to unblock it or provide additional screen time.

How to Use App Blocker

Parent Device

Set rules for each app to either follow schedules, always be blocked, or always be available.  You can remove access to individual apps instantly and will be alerted when your child downloads any new apps.

Child Device

Your child will only be able to access the apps you’ve approved; when an app is blocked it will be removed from your child’s  home screen or greyed out.

How to Use Content Monitor

Parent Device

Stay informed with instant or periodic screenshots of your child’s device. OurPact’s Categories feature flags inappropriate content and organizes it for easy review, helping you identify concerns and support safe online habits effortlessly.

Child Device

While screen monitoring is active, your child’s device captures and sends screenshots to your gallery seamlessly, without disrupting their experience.

How to Use Location Sharing

Parent Device

Track your child’s real-time location and view their movement history throughout the day. Set up geofences around important places to receive automatic alerts when they arrive or leave.

Child Device

Your child’s location will be shared with you automatically from their device.

How to Use Web Filter

Parent Device

Prevent your child from viewing adult content with the Web Filter and block any additional websites that you choose.

Child Device

If you child tries to view inappropriate material or use a website you have blocked, they will blocked before they can see the website.

How to Restrict Device Settings

Parent Device

Choose which device level restrictions to enable or limit on your child’s phone or tablet.

Child Device

Your child can only use features and device setting you choose, ensuring they can’t change important settings and preventing tampering with management.

How We Tamperproof OurPact

Pairing Your Child’s Device

Tamperproofing locks down the management on your child’s device.  By pairing your child’s phone or tablet with OurPact’s  Connect application on a computer,  Tamperproofing is automatically installed during pairing ensuring that your child cannot remove OurPact’s management on their own.

Child Device

After the device has been paired, management can only be removed by the parent using their account credentials.
